3 Ways to enjoy the Dokdo Toner:
After cleansing, dispense a proper amount to cotton pad and gently wipe across facial area along the skin texture.
Alternatively, you may apply with the palms of your hands and layer an appropriate amount for intense hydration.
You may also use it as a 5-minute soothing mask. Simply saturate a cotton pad with the toner and apply onto irritated area.
After applying toner:
