IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the impacts of COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.

We try our best to process and ship out your order as soon as possible.

 

However, our courier, Australia Post, is currently experiencing delays, especially in Victoria, due to increase of parcel volumes and temporary staff reductions at their processing facilities.

 

Please allow an extra 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by a proof of purchase documents.

 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or/and refunds due to change of mind.

 

All refunds and exchanges will need to be made within 7days when received the item and also goods are in a saleable condition(eg. unopened, unused, unworn and as sold), and the item is not a Special Exception (eg.discount merchandises).

 

Allergic reactions as reason for refund will only be accepted if there was no tester present, a doctor certificate is also needed as a proof of symptom.
